mallcott
Something is wrong with the drivers package, per NVidia. I will let you know when its `hotfixed` (becoming SOP for their bloddy drivers in 2018) Until then, I can recommend 398.98!

mallcott
Good catch; many thanks! You're Welcome. I don't think there's something intrinsic wrong with the drivers as I have loaded them without using the installer and by using `clean` installation (GeForce driver, Vulkan driver, Audio driver, PhysX driver) I haven't had any problems - but on two of the five machines I maintain I had issues that needed a return to the previous driver set (398.98). Hence the warning! FWIW, and it's not representative as I don't have a standard setup or system, 399.07 brings no advantage to P3D that I can see. 400-series drivers due soon so probably best to wait for those.
