Rupert
Loving mountain flying but wanting to get away from the California fires I made a flight through some canyons from UT75 (Mineral Canyon Airstrip) to KCNY (Canyonlands Field in Moab) in my trusty Grand Caravan. The latest issue of Flying makes that trip RW in a Kodiak 100 Series II which looks like a great plane!! Not having a Kodiak in my hanger, I went with what I have. We're taking off from the deserted 2,000' strip, climbing out then looping around and shooting a Touch and Go there. After that we're following some canyons to land and park at KCNY.
