FlexibleFlier
Thanks for the pix. I flew that 727 as a copilot for Eastern back in the day. The early -200's were a bit sluggish compared with the -100 and were nicknamed Miss Piggy. Nonetheless, I thought the entire 727 series were far and away the best airliners of the day at the job for which they were designed. A real pleasure to fly... liner simpilot
Very interesting stories flexibleflyier & Larry. That must have been a great time to be a First Officer or Captain back in the day's, I am glad to bring back memories to you Flexibleflyier, I never flew in B727 that I remember, but have flown many types of tubeliners in their day.
