Hey Darryl,

 

Those are great shots! Having said that, I flew tons of flights from Santa Ana, San Francisco, San Diego, etc. and found that I always was too hot in the afternoon but reached for my leather flight jacket the instant the sun went down!!

 

The same was true when I was riding one of my motorcycles. Don't leave home near sundown without a leather jacket!!!!

 

As to where you are? Those shots could be from one of thousands of spots.
