windqaz
Hello all, recently my frame rates have slowed to a crawl. I can't figure out what it is. My frame rate is set at about 30 but I am mostly getting 1 or 2 or 3. Any Ideas please? Thanks Sydney
RCChopper
You haven't provided anywhere near enough information for anybody to have even a remote chance at helping you with this.
windqaz
What else is there to say? I am using the same PC that I have been using for about 10 years. FS 9 has just slowed to a crawl. What other information do I need to include?
tiger1962
OK let's play your guessing game. Did you install anything new before this problem started? Uninstall it/them and try again. Are all your drivers up to date? Get Driver Booster 4 (it's free) and check. Are you running any other programs at the same time as FS9? Quit them and try again. Is your PC low on disk space? That will affect FS9 performance. Clear all unwanted files/programs, create as much free space as possible. Run CCleaner and clear all temp files. Are we getting warmer? windqaz
I don't know if we are getting warmer but I'll give those things a try. Thanks
tgibson_new
Hi, The first thing I do is to load the Default Flight (Cessna at SeaTac). That often fixes it for me. Hope this helps, Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.com
