I've tried and tried, flying by, close to it, and trying to take pictues with the plane and the tower in the same shot, and when I check to see if it's updated with the reward it isn't. Does anyone actually have this reward? What are the requirements? The reward is given only if the Mission is completed satisfactorily. You will get a "Success" Banner at the end of the Mission. P.S.
