What are C: variables?

Recommended Posts

ok--so I've read thru all the tutorials I could find...

I understand the A:,K:, L:, G:, P: variables...but then I saw reference to C: variables?

What the heck are these used for? I see them references in .xml files here and there.

They are Custom Draw (usually GPS) variables:

"CustomDraw Objects

CustomDraw objects are used to provide input to specially written library code (a C or C++ dll) that is to calculate the updating of the gauge element. The GPS system is an example of a complex instrument that requires many CustomDraw objects."

Hope this helps,
