kept putting off purchasing the real air spitfire and now its unavailable. had a couple of questions for u experts on this subject: if I found someone who was willing to sell me theirs (not a copy but their own original would that be kosher? or how about somebody who was getting out of flightsimming and wanted to sell their boxed planes (on dvd)? or any other way I could acquire one legally, without violating the eula?

I don't see any reason that you could not use it. As long as they don't still have it installed and are just giving you a (wink, wink);) copy of it for your use. Especially with Real Air no longer doing business.

Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!  ✈️

There is a chance that some stores are still selling out their boxed versions.

That website seems a little sketchy, but it looked somewhat legit. I read about the website a little and people said it was okay. Looks like your only chance, but there is probably a couple other places left.
