scottb613
Hi Folks, I noticed I can't authenticate my new MilViz/REX Radar purchased via PilotShop - also noticed the PilotShop is down... Is authentication provided for this via point of sale ??? Thanks... Regards, Scott

scottb613
Hi... Thanks for checking - still seems down to me - I get "The connection has timed out" whenever I try to connect... I just went to the Australian Flight Sim site to make my Black Friday purchases because I couldn't get in... All other sites work for me... I'm in the US as well... I had some clients that had IT guys on their staff that had no clue what a print driver was, or that they needed to reinstall it after changing the computer's operating system. ;) Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer! scottb613
Hi Zippy... Yeah - definitely not getting there and Comcast is the last hop - I'm dying in Denver - I'm in NY on Frontier... I did contact my ISP - although I'm not sure I'm confident in their expertise - they said it's a maintenance issue and it should be fixed soon... He couldn't provide me any details - hence my pause - I'll try again in a bit... My Verizon cell phone can make the connection though... Being crafty - I enabled my iPhone WiFi hotspot - connected my computer - and - authenticated my product... All good for the moment... Thanks again...
