Two things to try first.

1. Reload the default Cessna at Sea Tac flight and try it again.

2. Rename your fs9.cfg file to fs9.cfg.bak and start FS9. It will create a new cfg file. Then try it. Then edit that line to 400 and try it again.

Hope this helps,

tried the both things , still the same problem

400 is an awfully high figure, but may work for some folks. Here is what I use"

TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=120 //120 or less in multiples of 20

TextureMaxLoad=10 //10 or less FS9 default is 3

Try to change only one line at a time because it's easier to determine what helps.
