I have started working on a CS-1 Stallion by SimSamuari and have posted some pictures below along with some statements.

Here is the very beginning with most of the easy stuff cut first. I am not a carpenter but the instructions are very clear and helpful for someone not familiar with working with wood.

Here is all of the wood labeled and cut and arranged in a order to my liking.

Here are the tall pieces with the curves cut on them. This was easier than I thought it would be. Next was the two small pieces.

I tackled the door next and used my floor on saw horses as a build platform since I am very tall and a little older and don't care to bend down much.

My next step was the walls.

I had a lot work to do on the walls and decided I was only going to have a left door and a open rear. I have a lot of grandsons who are going to want to watch and participate so I needed to make it grandson accessible.

Next, I needed to build a sturdy base due to the above comment and because I am a large chap.

I decided to use several cross beams and wheels rated at 250 lbs. each.

Once this was complete I installed the walls and clamped on the instrument panel to determine what it is going to look like.

You can see I added a lawn chair to check it out. My grandson was already sitting behind the yoke making airplane noises. That is a good sign.

Next I added the top and made sure it was removable. I desire to be able to move the simulator to wherever I might want to take it so I making sure I bolt or screw things together so I can take them apart later and reassemble somewhere else.

That is it for now. Hopefully I can post more pictures next week after I paint the interior studs and add some of the exterior panels.

After attending the Flightsimcon 2015 conference last week I have decided to rearrange my instrument panel and hope to have new pictures of the updated version next week as well. Best regards

6-29-2015 I didn't have the stellar weekend I was looking for but I was able to accomplish a few items on my CS-1 Stallion flight simulator.

I painted almost everything except the floor which I am going to cover with carpet anyway.

Second, I cut out the skin for the top of the simulator.
