National Airlines DC-10-10 LAX-IAH

Recommended Posts

I am sure you have noticed lately that I have been doing nostalgia airlines that have gone away due to the times or merged with other larger carriers. This is one of them that has merged but here she is in her glory as most of us remember. I took off from LAX to IAH on an actual flight per old route brochure. I hope you enjoy this history & memory with me. Kenny

Great post Kenny!! :) I miss seeing all those great names and planes types from the early days of the jet age, not to mention all the noise and smoke. :)

Kenny,

Thanks for another trip down memory lane!

I agree with Adam. But with one exception. I don't miss the smoke they emitted!! ;)

Being an old chopper guy I usually fly low and slow.
