gypsymoth
I'd be grateful to be told how to move the pilot seat viewpoint from the centre over to where I've marked in red.... This is from a Bristol Blenheim where in the real thing the pilot sat on the left. Thanks. FS2004 by the way!
tgibson_new
Is this the VC or the 2D cockpit. If the VC, you use the eyepoint= line in the Views section of the aircraft.cfg file to move your position. If the 2D panel you would have to draw a new bitmap with the center point where you drew your red line, and move all the gauges over. WaistGunner
In your aircraft.cfg file you'l find the [Views] section. It will have three sequences of numbers separated by comas. Looks like this [Views] eyepoint= -4.50, -0.85, 2.20 //(feet) longitudinal, lateral, vertical distance from reference datum The first set of numbers move the viewpoint forward and backward. The second set of numbers move the viewpoint from left to right (that's the one you want), and the third set of numbers move the viewpoint up and down. WaistGunner
Tom is correct in his statement. New bmp and lots of tweaking. Can be done but....... Brigadier General Frank Savage 918th Bomb Group "Hard Luck Group"
