Deleting the CFG files

Recommended Posts

Does Deleting the CFG File after trying to tweak it like in other sims also create a new one when starting up again in this version? Just wondering, because I think I pushed some settings too high and can't remember what I changed and default values.

Thanks in advance all.

Rather than delete it, I would move the .cfg somewhere safe, then restart MSFS to see if it gets regenerated back to default. If not, you could then put it back.

Theoretically of course :)

Just letting you know - it does rebuild them. Thanks for solving it! :)

This won't help you specifically here, but before I ever mess with CFG's I copy paste the original, and use // my text here, as a line to add my own info about it

No worries mate, at least asobo got the rebuilding of the CFG file right after taking it out of the program folder. :) All good.
