johnost
I can think of a few things, but not a graphics card!
UPHILL3
Perhaps a one or two-carat diamond? Or, maybe some dudes out there have enough dough to burn on the latest graphics card...
mallcott
Perhaps a one or two-carat diamond? Or, maybe some dudes out there have enough dough to burn on the latest graphics card... It can't be diamond. or else it would be an appreciating asset. Trouble is graphics cards or not, EVER, appreciating. I only ever buy second-hand these days and mostly avoid VAT or any other duties. I'm not made of money. FACT: NO graphic card is worth that much, not ever. I will never run MSFS if that outlay was expected... If THEY want me to fund an upgrade, find a way to do it at my budget! ALL GC's are overpriced IMHO.
CRJ_simpilot
The greed heads are capitalizing on Bitcoin miners... And in turn the government collects taxes on this open ledger, non privacy crap. In other news, that MSN website is coded in NOTHING but JS, and that's an abomination. HA! It'll take ~400 days! to pay off! ~331 days for a non TI version at the current price of $1,500 per GPU versus the former of $2,000 per GPU for the TI at Best Buy. You're probably better off with the non TI version to pay it off quicker since the Bitcoin "difficulty" goes up over time. https://www.nicehash.com/profitability-calculator/nvidia-rtx-3090-ti/nvidia-rtx-3090 Return on investment is about right. https://www.hashrate.no/3090 https://www.hashrate.no/3090ti The whole list. https://www.hashrate.no/ Edit- And suddenly that GPU and all the rest are, well, crap. LOL https://www.forbes.com/sites/billybambrough/2022/04/06/2-trillion-crypto-crash-warning-sudden-shock-tanks-the-price-of-bitcoin-ethereum-bnb-luna-xrp-solana-cardano-avalanche-and-dogecoin/?sh=25904e8a7926 I'd rather invent a Crypto. coin... They made Dogecoin as a joke anyway and it's mined and traded which is unreal. HAHA https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dogecoin#Elon_Musk_and_Dogecoin Edited April 7, 2022 by CRJ_simpilot OOM errors? Read this. What the squawk? An awesome weather website with oodles of Info. and options. Wile E. Coyote would be impressed.
