Rhiv
Hello everyone, a very new user of flight sims here. I recently jumped into the world of P3D and am looking to improve my settup. I am currently running 1 main monitor but would like to use seperate monitors for the flight instruments. Is there a way in P3D to extend the flight instruments to two seperate monitors i would like to add underneath my main monitor? If so I would love to learn how, since googling hasnt lead anywhere for me :) Cheers!
vgbaron
I cannot tell you HOW to do it but I have seen several systems with that exact type of setup. Perhaps one of them will chime in. You also might try google using "sim cockpit builder" as your starting point. So the good news is that what you want can and has been done! :) also check our forum here: https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/forumdisplay.php?12-Cockpit-Builders Vic P3D Rig I7 7700K @ 5.0ghz Asus Maximus X270 16G G.Skill 3600 15-15-15-18 2T EVGARTX2080ti Corsair 1000W PSU 1TB Samsung SSD for P3D - 2 - 256G OCZ Vector SSD - HAF X - Corsiar H100i V2 Liquid Cooler W10 64 Pro. LJ45man
Hello, I have my instruments on a separate monitor. A link to what my rig looks like is here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6imhut0eis4mubp/z%20Triple%20Monitor%20P3D%20curved.JPG?dl=0 It is probably best to provide me your email via a private message on this forum and I can share some steps I used. I found it to be alittle less flexible in P3D (V4) than FSX, but it may be because I am using an add-on aircraft.
