Roger Wensley
Has google earth stopped showing airfield locations with the little white planes that give the name when you move the cursor on top of them?
lnuss
Mine are white airplanes in a blue box, and they show up if you have More/Transportation/Airports checked under layers. Since Transportation is marked (Outdated) there may be another way to get something like that. A white airplane by itself shows up of Places (Outdated) is checked under Layers. Check out this link: https://support.google.com/earth/thread/117926669/borders-places-and-roads-are-labeled-as-outdated?hl=en Larry N. As Skylab would say: Remember: Aviation is NOT an exact Science! Roger Wensley
Having looked at all that my conclusion is that they have stopped showing airports!?! And that just after I had to replace my old laptop with a new one and I no longer have all my airports marked. Drat.
lnuss
...my conclusion is that they have stopped showing airports!?! Well, it's still there if you want it, and the word indicates there'll be a replacement soon, for what that "word" is worth. Your choice. Larry N.
