Missing Eicas on Citation X

Hi Guys

I recently bought a Citation X addon for FS. On of the Eicas screens refuses to light up.

I read, somewhere, that if the problem can be solved by installing Fsuipc4,

but I don't think that you can install it to FS9.

Does anybody know how to overcome this problem.

Money has already changed hands.

I still have it,do not use it. Never could figure out how to get the Airac updated. I believe that FS9 uses FSUIPC 3.999 at leas that is what i am using.
