Hi is there any way to stop it from saying overspeed!!!lol

Stay below the aircrafts maximum speed. Also below 10,000 feet you stay below 250 knots.

Drives me nuts too, especially trying to get the feel of the bigger birds with doing go arounds.

I shut off all AP, flight director, auto throttle, everything I could find and and it seems to have worked.

Also, turn up the "speed selector" of the aircraft in the cockpit, IE if it is set to, say, 220, then everything over that will trigger that overspeed warning. I just turned it way up even though I am not using it anyway (auto-throttle).

Realistic? Not even in the ball park.

But again, for go arounds and stick practice on a sim...
