My 'Notifications' box at the top right of the page indicates '2 unread private messages' but when I click 'Private Messages' there is nothing in my inbox. In fact all my message folders are empty. If I select 'empty folder' nothing changes. What am I missing?

Unfortunately there is no way for me to check this as private messages really are private.

Is it possible that it is indicating 2 stored messages? Could be "sent" messages and not "received".

Push the F5 key to 'refresh'. Your browser will refresh and the '2' should be gone.

F5 refreshed the page but the '2 notifications remain and it says I have 0 messages stored despite the indication I have 2 stored. Weird.

This is what it says when I go to my messages file:

"Inbox contains 0 messages. You have 2 messages stored, of a total 0 allowed."

Not too many options left! Do you normally sign in and log out each time you come to this site? If not, try logging out and signing back in to see if it clears up your inbox.

I agree. I don't what else to try. Logging out and back in did nothing. Oh well, it's not affecting anything. I'll chalk it up to a 'glitch'. Thanks for the suggestions.
