DAVIDSTRAKA
Another long flight for the record. Dawn takeoff, very heavy fog. Reminded me of my first "zero visibility" takeoff training for my Instrument Rating. So the first two are not very "picture worthy." PART 1 The route: Yes, there is a runway in from of me! Climbing out ;) Broken through and on the way Please see PART 2 Approach and Landing Senior Rookie Bragware: FSX Gold - Acceleration | HP Omen Obelisk Desktop | Intel Core i7 3.2 Ghz |16GB | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 | 1TB HD | 256 GB SSD (Gaming Computer) REX Worldwide Airports HD AS16 + ASCA ORBX Global BASE ORBX Freeware Airports ORBX HD Trees [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

ColR1948
I like the the 3rd screenshot in part 1 lol. Just out of interest, how many remember Oceanic ATC using shortwave radio to contact aircraft using the Sellcall, of a four letter code? I used to listen years ago to aircraft crossing the Atlantic on a shortwave radio on either upper or lower side band. Col.
peer01
Long, and nice flight with that big bird David. Enjoyed the pics, esp. the Manilla approach ones over the city.:cool::eek: [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

I tried to enhance that shot but I couldn’t do it justice showing how thick the fog was.
