bmatt569
Hi All, After doing my due diligence and running a search, I didn't find anything that would help me, both here and on VATSIM. My VatSpy won't load. I get the error as below. Any ideas on how to resolve this? I'm running Win10 and FSX SE on this old laptop. Thanks Bill Mattson [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Airspeed, altitude and ideas, bad to run out of all three at the same time
mrzippy
Usually that error means the config file got corrupted or emptied out somehow so that it's zero bytes in length. You need to delete it and let VATSpy create a new config file with default settings. To do so, open an explorer window and enter this in the address box: %appdata%\VAT-Spy You should see a file called VATSpyConfig or VATSpyConfig.xml. Delete the file, and run VATSpy. Easily found this with a Google search. Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!
bmatt569
Yes, Zippy, but we all know that you are much more "tech savvy" than some of us old timers. Yeah, yeah, that's it's my old timers disease. Thanks for your help ... as usual. CRJ_simpilot
I've always used Kiwi for the shoes and Brasso for the metal. :D No, never served, but was in JROTC and a firefighter explorer. OOM errors? Read this. What the squawk? An awesome weather website with oodles of Info. and options. Wile E. Coyote would be impressed.
