mrzippy
Can I safely assume you have already tried this one? http://www.4spv.com/splashspinner.html Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!

MrUnSavory
I use a cool program from Steam called Wallpaper Engine. Was 5 bucks. I have triple screens so there are tons of free wallpapers to download off Steam. It also allows for moving wall papers.
llivaudais
Irfanview free software displays multi, multi formats... has a full screen view mode and a randomizer (with adjustable timer) ... why pay for features that can be had for free. I do have it installed in W10. Give it a try before purchasing anything - it might meet your needs. I also recently found out that VLC (also free) can be used to make a MP4 your desktop "image" if you want something a little 'different'. Interesting but distracting. Well I guess a 30min planespotting video at a 'slow' airport wouldn't be too 'busy'.
