I have summited tickets to Carenado about my Premier 1A Proline 21's CDU input failure as well as the Navigraph Data base being non existant,although there are files in the Navigraph folders in the Carenado folder but the install window of the Navigraph remains at 0% and the CDU window remaind as Loading Data Base...Can anyone help??? mallcott Posted January 26, 2018 Share Posted January 26, 2018 Appreciate you are a newbie, but the forum is not intended for technical support of such a specific nature; you haven't provided any information to enable us to help you; and the problem appears to be on the host computer. Please repost in the relevant forum for whatever sim you have, provide full details for that sim (version number, addons installed etc) and at least some details of the system you are running it on. We will then be in a position to tell you what you did wrong. Carenado will be asking you for this information too. And that makes sense, based on what you say about the navdata install not finishing. Try again getting the navdata installed. Maybe run the installer as administrator.
