Wildhorsehans
Not sure if this is the place to post or not. I just picked up the AH Aztec and noticed a few problems. 1 being that when you go to adjust the barometric pressure, the altimeter responds, but the pressure wheel does not. Kind of makes it near impossible to know what the setting is. Any replacement gauge available or a fix? I am very new so forgive me if this is rookie question. Other issue is when turning the course for nav1 from my goflight rotary panel, all 3 nav instruments respond rather than just nav 1. Any idea why? Thanks much, Hans
tgibson_new
Hi, If this is in the VC, is the altimeter modeled in 3D or just a 2D projection? If a 2D projection or in the 2D panel, you can swap the gauge with another 2D gauge you like better. Find the altimeter gauges in the planes' panel.cfg file gauge listings and copy the one you like (only the gauge name between the = and the numbers) and paste it into the line of the one you want to swap. Keep the numbers the same. And make a backup of that entire original gauge line first by copying it and then pasting it back into the file just below the existing line, then adding // to the front of the line to make it inactive. If you need more details just let us know. Hope this helps, Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.com
