CRJ_simpilot
I'm using the Virtavia F-22A Raptor and the canopy is greenish. This seems to cause looking outside at night to be very dark and what's worse when it rains the whole VC is fogged up pictured here. I've tried changing my graphics driver and I deleted the FSX.cfg to rebuild, but no joy. Seems like it's the model. Is there anything that can be done other than me having to fly around while it rains with the canopy open? http://i.imgur.com/r1t9iq4.jpg OOM errors? Read this. What the squawk? An awesome weather website with oodles of Info. and options. Wile E. Coyote would be impressed.
mrzippy
So.......your canopy is a can of pee?? Have you tried the Flight1 VC rain fix? http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=library You can also try setting the window rain effects to zero instead of one in the aircraft.cfg under [effects]. Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!
CRJ_simpilot
Thanks man! I'll defiantly check this out. I thought I was for sure stuck since there's no way to edit a model without the original file. At least that I know of. I'm surprised no one else mentioned this. I don't see it below in similar threads. OOM errors? Read this. What the squawk? An awesome weather website with oodles of Info. and options. Wile E. Coyote would be impressed.
