Almaz
Hi, i'm new here and a relatively unexperienced simmer. So i apologize in advance for any kind of stupid question that i'll do :o Just two days ago, i've tried to set a flight plan to Luqa (LMML), Malta, and for my surprise i didn't find any STAR chart for this airport.. I've checked on the eadbasic (https://www.ead.eurocontrol.int/publicuser/public/pu/login.jsp) and on rocketroute (http://www.rocketroute.com/airports/europe-eu/malta-mt/plates-luqa-lmml.html) websites, but i wasn't able to find it. This apparently doesn't allow me to set any kind of approach from the the north waypoints to the runway 31. What is the correct procedure? Is there something that I wrong? Thanks to everyone in advance! :o
lnuss
I don't know specifically about LMML, but most airports in the world don't have STARS or SIDS, even those with instrument approaches. But here is a downloadable Jeppesen set of procedures for LMML, which includes some notes on arrival procedures without actual STARS. There are some SIDS included, however. Larry N.
