Apologies for the incorrect aircraft cfg info. Please copy the following: [fltsim.xx] title=Percival Prince WJ350 sim=Percival Prince model= panel= sound= texture=WJ350 kb_checklists= kb_reference= atc_id=WJ350 ui_manufacturer=Hunting Percival ui_type=Sea Prince ui_variation=WJ350 ui_createdby="Robert Richardson" description=WJ350 c/n PAC/P57/74 was a Sea Prince C2 delivered to the Royal Navy in September 1953. Please note that I forgot to rename the screenshot in the texture file to'Thumbnail'. Apologies for this. Just rename the file and it will appear when FSX is started. Peter W
Hi Khalid. Sorry but I do not have the time to re-visit the Alphasim Hampden. You could try using dxtbmp to open the dds files and invert the image and then save as extended bmp file in DXT5 format. You could then place the files in the Alphasim model overwriting the original bmp files. Good luck.
Hi Jeff, no you have not wasted my time! I released the silver and the red fuselages before I realised that the vc view texture 'AH_SE5A_VCFuse1_t' was only included in the common texture file. This means that any changes have to be made and the file included in the repaint texture file, which will give it priority over the common file one. There is a way round this. You can copy the repaint 'AH_SE5A_Fuse1_t' file and rename it 'AH_SE5A_VCFuse1_t'. Add the renamed file to the repaint texture folder and that should cure the problem. Good luck, cheers Peter
Well Keith that proves that she was based at Burnaston. I saw her at Elstree in the late 60s. Derby Aviation who owned Air Schools seemed to switch their aircraft between Burnaston and Elstree, although Elstree had the most of them. Peter
