keep getting...failed to start up flight model...Air Jamaica won't come up when chosen.

I keep getting a massage saying..FAILED TO START UP FLIGHT MODEL...Downloaded base model, added texture and text to aircraft CFG...Placed base model into sim-objects folder, aircraft is shown on the list however, when chosen it fails to start up....I'm i doing something wrong? -
Nice plane however, i added it to the tom310zip and tried to fly it, there isn't a panel that comes with the jet. Tried to add panel from other A318,19,20 and 21 nothing works, in fact, don't know what else i can do at this point....Anyone have any answers?....aviation020@yahoo.com

Have no idea how to set Nav radio and panel, in order to make ILS landing.
Land button does nothing on final, Ive used every combination of settings.
VOR1-On
Nav-On
Land-On
ILS Frq in lower left of radio, upper right side of panel cant be set..Only the CRS can be set.
Didn't capture G/S
GPS-On..I knew this wasn't going to work but, i was disparate.

Simply cant make ILS landing only visual landings, since their isn't a APPR button ILS wont work at all...What can i do to solve this issue?
