I believe I put an instruction about that in the "Add to Aircraft". I normally don't put textures in unless they are changed from the base pack to keep file size down. Sorry for the confusion.

OK, I'm confused. The ReadMe file says there are five parts to this scenery (UncleSalty 2015, UncleSalty 2015_PT1, UncleSalty 2015_PT2, UncleSalty 2015_PT3,UncleSalty 2015_PT4). So far I have downloaded seven (Part 1A, Part 2A-1, Part 2A-2, Part 3, Part 3A, Part 4). Note that Parts 1 and 2 are missing, and each one of the download descriptions has a different number of "necessary" files.
Perhaps having the files removed, recompiling them and reuploading them might be the answer here.
