Cessna Longitude. AP works fine all the way until I get near the approach. Now however as I enter the approach area the system automatically switches to NAV1 on its own.
I decided to let the plane do its thing and it started turning pretty aggressively left, then correcting to the right and wasn’t lined up on anything resembling a runway and then it finally flew me into a fireball at 1200 fpm into a field a couple miles from the airport.
Before the update the other day it worked perfectly. GPS setting on the FMS until I got into final approach. Clicked approach and the jet just about landed itself every time.
What the heck changed??
