Hi, I was searching the forum but couldn't find a match. Since the update prior to the last, marketplace is no longer working, i.e. when I want to purchase a new item, I click "buy and download", FS seems to load the payment interface, but then nothing happens and after while, I could eventually click "buy and download" again. I signed off and signed back again with my xbox live account, I even added a new credit card to my xbox live account, no change. Any idea? Many thanks Michael

Hi, because I had trouble with starting FS, I first deleted local cache, most of standard planes were missing, only Cessna 172 skyhawk and the TBM390 were left. No A320, no KingAir. Then I did re-install, did all updates and again, most of standard planes are missing. Can I manually add them or what did I do wrong? It is FS2020 Premium DeLuxe. Many thanks Michael

Thanks, I am now doing re-install and then see how it works, but that guidance so I can try that one in case it still won't work. Will check on Defender as well. Thanks again

Well now even that won't work. It just stalls when the background with Fuji comes and then you see the circle idle.... So I guess I have to re-install. I give it one more try and then I am done with it, don't have the time.... so again, any suggestions more than welcome :-) Thanks

Unfortunately I was just able to launch FS twice, now I am back again. I even did not install all sceneries. I have no anti-virus or other program in background and I set cache to 128GB. So something other must be wrong, I just can't delete local chache and then have to download all updates for 3-4 hours before I can start again. Then I probably give up as well on FS.... Anyone a suggestion what I can try? Many thanks

Thanks, indeed deleting local cache did fix it. Took 3 hours to download the entire updated content again, but at least it starts back again. I have no limits on cache, so I wonder if I just have to live with fact that this occurs every few weeks? Many thanks for support :)

Hi, have FS2020 now since August and basically all runs well up till now. Have purchased couple of sceneries and despite some CTD in beginning, I am pretty happy. Now, all by sudden FS2020 starts and when the first background picture of Japan appears it runs into idle, i.e. background music just continues, in task manager I see that FS is alive and consumes CPU performance. But even after 30 minutes, it won't go into next stage which would be background picture "Japan has landed" before I reach start menu. I shut down PC completely tried again, repaired FS application, ran as admin, de-plugged all USB, always same result. Before I completely re-install, any idea what I could try to fully restart FS2020? Many thanks in advance. Michael

Hi, I must do something wrong here. When I delete waypoint through touchpad in TBM 930, it disappears in flight plan but on PFD (and autopilot), it still follows the route to deleted waypoint. Did I miss a step or is that a known issue? Many thanks Michael

Thanks so I put everything to ULTRA. I had custom settings as I used SOF-100 flight sim guide and probably made mistake. Now it does look great :o. Only my FPS gets down to 20... and I thought I had performing system :confused: Thanks and if you have any tips on how to bring FPS up but keep the beautiful scenery dense... let me know please.

Thanks, the global rendering was not set to ULTRA, I had custom settings based on the SOF-100 flight sim guide (well maybe I made mistake there) As I set everything to Uötra, scenary is much better. Yet FPS drops to 20-23 in case of LOWI add on. I thought I had a high performing system :confused:. But thanks and I will try tweaking, yet thankful for any advice. Thanks again

Hi, I have following system: i7 10700F, 2.9 Ghz; 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, RTX 2080 Super, I set graphic in FS to ULTRA. Now if I approach airport or city the scenary looks very rough, no density, mountains look like triangles etc. Only if I get very near, i.e. 5-10 seconds before touch down, the scenery gets dense and I see the details of the airports. This happens with the ones in FS as well as addons such as Vienna. Can anyone please point me to what I have to change? Many thanks Michael
