  3. This is my guessing. The x and y axes in your side stick could be controlled by Hall Effect Senor on the circuit board. If the electronic circuit is working good and response OK to side stick x and y axes movement, then the possible culprit will be the mechanism for centering position of the side stick is off. You can check or adjust the spring position or any misaligned or worn out parts for this offset issue.
  4. Hi, The Saitek/Logitech ProFlight Yoke 90 to 180 conversion kit is complete. If you are interested, here is the YouTube video link: Thanks for watching.
  5. I just completed a "Saitek ProFlight Yoke 180 Rotation Upgrade kit" project. If you are interested to see how its works, here is the video link for my prototype testing. https://youtu.be/kyGshdBoo6k Thanks.
  6. Glad to find the solution to the 180 degree of rotational angle design in Hall Effect Sensor application for Saitek Cessna Flight Yoke after many trials and errors. Here is the video to show the installation of HE kit for both Roll (180 degree ) and Pitch (85 degree) sensor units which will replace the faulty Saitek OEM potentiometers in my good old 15 years Saitek Cessna Yoke. Thanks for watching. Here is the video link: https://youtube/7-Sg9LqhNdA
  7. I have developed an Arduino Pro Micro controller for my Saitek/CH flight yoke HE kits. This is a good replacement or upgrade for faulty or outdated OEM controller board. Here is the Youtube video link: Thank you.
  8. Hi to all, Due to no one is interested in this project. I would like to withdraw my request for help to this project. Thanks !
  9. Hello to all, I am thinking to work on a Thrustmaster T16000m rudder Hall Effect sensor potentiometer project in my free time. As you may know I have designed and developed various HE sensor units for replacing the Saitek and CH defective OEM potentiometers since 2019. I would like to take the advantage of the Hall Effect sensor of its long lasting life and reliable performance and make one for the Thrustmster T16000m rudder. Instead of buying a used Thrustmaster T16000m and tearing it down for the OEM potentiometer, I would like to ask for a defective rudder OEM pot only (not the whole joystick unit) as a donor electronic part. If you have this defective OEM potentiometer that you do not need, may I have this for my project. I will send you the new HE unit to compensate your shipping charges if the project is successful. My (USA CA) contact email: ntydkhe@yahoo.com Thanks for your attention and most important to stay healthy.
  10. Sorry to hear that. From your feedback, your Saitek Yoke might have wiring problem either with your usb cable or internal wiring connection. Personally I have a Saitek ProFlight Yoke and a Saitek Cessna Yoke more than 15 years. So far they still work fine. May I ask which new yoke you have purchased. Hope you enjoy the new yoke and continue your Sim flying adventure.
  11. May I suggest to try the same yoke with another computer. Normally the Windows O/S has built in Saitek driver to test your flight gear. This will isolate the source of the problem.
  12. This sounds like the X axis OEM potentiometer is not working properly. Might be caused by: (1) wiring problem. (2) mechanical problem (the gear mechanism disengaged problem). (3) Failed OEM potentiometer and need new replacement. If you are a good DIYer, you can open the bottom cover and check inside for sure.
  13. To replace the whole TQ magazine and faulty OEM potentiometer wth reliable HE sensor compatible unit. This V6 upgrade will provide easy and speedy upgrade process for Saitek PS2 or USB TQs.. No disassembling of the OEM magazine is required. Basic electronic knowledge and soldering skill are preferred. Thank you for watching. Here is the video link:
  14. Similar screen frozen when running FSX did happen to me long time ago. This was due to USB device assignment conflict after I installed new Saitek multi panel to my Windows 7 computer. The problem was corrected after I plug my Saitek yoke to another USB port and re-calibarte the Saitek yoke. You can google search how to solve the USB assignment problem. Hope this helps.
  15. This is my revised design of my CH Yoke built in TPM HE sensor units. This kit is a good replacement of the CH OEM defective TPM potentiometers. The video link: Thanks for watching.
  16. Here is the photo of the TPM with the Pro Micro Arduino:
  17. To explore the possibility in implementing Arduino Pro Micro Controller Board to DIY Cessna Hall Effect Sensors TPM. Prototype TPM is connected to the Arduino on the electronic bread board for testing. This is a prototype version. The final version is still under developing. Here is the link of the video on YouTube: Thanks for watching.
  18. To explore the possibility in converting a USB or PS/2 Saitek Throttle Quadrants to Cessna TPM by implementing Hall Effect sensors. Here is the YouTube video link: Thanks for watching.
  19. Just curious about how your computer boot up with what devices? May be you have set up your computer to boot up with USB device as first priority. If the above is true then you need to reconfigure your computer to boot up with hard drive as first priority instead of USB.
  20. Have you tried the TQ on another computer. If the TQ does not work on other computer. I suspect your TQ is defective.
  21. The non-conventional wiring scheme inside some of the Saitek TQ OEM controller board caused the TQ HE sensor failed to work. This video will identify the problem inside the TQ and provide the solution to restore the HE sensor function. Just in case you are interested in finding out the detail. Here is the Youtube link:
  22. Will this related to the reverse thrust is activated when the throttle is fully pull back? May be to re-calibrate the throttle and pay attention and mark the trigger point of the reverse thrust range location to avoid activating the reverse thrust kicked in.
