  1. Thanks John, upon installing it to my FS9 it asked where to install it. it defaults to program files x86. I installed there, when I started that program it gave me an error message see pic. I uninstalled in program x86, it reinstalled in FS9 weather, went to shortcut on desk gave me error see pic. I have installed many things in FS but never have come upon this type of error. I hope you can either help me out or someone can. Many thanks to all simmers. Kenny
  2. This DC-10-30 exist 1980's World Airways (see photo). If at all possible HJG or SGA models FS9. I was wondering if any repainters out there can please do a repaint of this DC-10-30, to add to my collection of classic liners. I just checked out download SGA DC-10-30, it all looked great except they did not have a red tail, all else was good. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanking you in advance. Kenny
  3. Thanks Mr Zippy & John for your input. In a recent FS9 forum it was mentioned that get the PRO version yes it is freeware download. I let it download automatically, I guess I should have specified where to install, open FS9 go to weather folder install there? Again thanks, I will wait for a respond from either you both or another simmer. Kenny
  4. Being away for awhile, recently I started simming again, I see that the real weather is no longer working. I have read simmers forums about FSrealWXPRO for free download. I downloaded today, but not understanding where to install it too. I would greatly appreciate some help on this task. Thanks. Kenny
  5. Thanks Mr Zippy, I thought so. This particular folder with base model and without has no air file. They have all other folders needed, I even attempted to install a air installer package with matching info. Still nothing worked, what a shame as I like classic airlines sometimes with modern A/C. I guess I will have to hanger that A/C. Again much appreciated your help as usual. Kenny
  6. Thanks Rick for wishing me well. thanks God I only fractured it. It's mostly healed but a lifetime of self therapy. I will always fly FS9 as I don't need to update my computer so I can fly FSX, I also have software that is fairly expensive that my computer can use, if update my computer I cannot use it. I read sometime before I got injured several simmers went back to FS9, they claimed the graphics and liners to download were better. That is simmers opinion. Kenny
  7. Thanks again Mr Zippy, my brain was over worked yesterday, so I stopped now new day. I noticed when looking at other TDS, Opensky etc.. complete folder in my lineup they all had (air) installer packages. If you read their all about the A/C section, it looks as though just download & go. I looked at several other TDS models no (air) installer package, not even the base. Could that prevent from flying? Just a thought. Thanks Kenny
  8. Thanks Mr Zippy for responding. I even tried a couple more things to no prevail. I even tried Pan Am nothing I did download an Eastern Airlines combined wit 757 it works. I don't understand why I can have many TDS's all of a sudden I cannot. Very confusing. I really like the classic AAL as so many other airlines are doing them once again. Again thanks, I will be checking in from time to time to see if other readers might have suggestions. Kenny
  9. Hi it's Kenny again, I know I have been away for awhile but I think I remember how to upload aircraft's or repaints. Today I saw a TDS retro repaint of AAL. I wanted it so I uploaded the the base model (see picture), started FS9 went to TDS the only one was the base model. scrolled down and saw AAL retro black where A/C should be. I tried installing the AAL b-757-200 retro into the aircraft folder (see picture), started FS9, still not there. As you can tell I have uploaded many TDS models thru the yrs, never had this problem. Was wondering if anyone as upload this A/C and had similar issues. I really like the retro looks of airlines past. If need more explanation I will try and answer it. Many thanks, Kenny
  10. Thanks Rick for the warm welcome back. It has been a long time, I fractured my left shoulder rotor cup about a yr ago, and some small nerve damage to my left elbow to wrist and rt leg thigh area but I am taking it slow as for flying FS. You are probably right about the haven't changed part, but after all we are still flying the FS2004 at least I still am. Kenny
  11. Hello fellow simmers, it has been awhile since simming. I don't know if Opensky is still around kudos goes out them either way. I have several classics from them, I just flew the OS747-200 Meatball Continental Airlines DEN-ORD, love the detailed repaints job they do, also watched a You Tube video on B747's I did not know the rear wheels turn with rudder to make it round corners. Impressive the OS B747 does the same thing thought it wouldn't be that detailed. Good job. Thanks, Kenny
  12. Thanks Mr. Zippy, no I haven't been able to fly lately a few months ago I fractured my router cup had some nerve damage mostly my leg. So I guess the real world weather doesn't work any more, what a shame. Do you have any freeware software in mind? I will check them out. Once as usual thanks for your input. It's good to here from long time simmers. Kenny
  13. Hello flight simmers, it has been awhile since needing your assistance as i messed up my shoulder. I use to have internet weather so I can fly real weather. I went on my first flight today. I checked off the real weather by internet it would not allow it something to do with check my internet connection. I am uploading the info. I hope someone here can please help me out. I have internet as I can go here on the flightsim website. Many thanks Kenny
  14. Welcome back Glenn to screenshots after your disaster with your computer, I hate that when that happens especially if you have a lot of downloads. Great looking pics that you have downloaded. Kenny
  15. Glad too do it asos as I like to give praise for the freeware simmers that give back to a great hobby. This is my way of flight after loosing my PP several years ago do to health, regardless if it is commercial liners or private planes. Kenny
  16. Thanks Nick, for reminding simmers. I have many of their A/C liners. I enjoy all that I have. The detail is fantastic, if you have never download these very nice freeware A/C's consider trying them out. Kenny
