    What's the native resolution of your monitor? I see you have a 1680x1050 resolution set, and if your monitor has a 1920x1080 native res (that's the usual basic standard even for low end monitors and laptops right now) that's what happens. I'm sure if you set the game res to the screen native res you will experience a better graphic.
