    Hello, I want to join to a VA where is allowed to fly the E-Jets Series 175/195, I have an advanced IFR skills about navigation. I'm looking for Offline Flying mode and use Embraer 175 or 195. I don't like long hauls and Heavies, I love domestic and regional flights. My only requirement is to fly the Embraer with no previous hours required. European, American, Canadian or Australian VAs, I love any country, so any VA is welcome. Thanks a lot.
