I'm still a FS2004 user. I started out using FSX, but realized just how unstable it can be. I have had to remove and reinstall FSX far too many times, but I have only had to do the same thing a couple of times with FS2004. To me, FS2004 is a stable program, and you can get roughly the same results out of the sim that you can with FSX. I only wish that some designers would stick with development for FS2004. I have seen a couple of payware designers promise versions of their addons for FS2004 only to turn around halfway through development and say that they will no longer be designing for FS2004. Lionheart and Qualitywings are two prime examples, with their DA40 and 787 models, respectively.
