I've checked their FB page and there's no mention of this. What happened?

Nicely done, however in FSX the prop blur is solid. Works fine in P3D though. I tried about 6 of my 3 blade prop textures but none of them show at all. Can you take a look at this please?

That's because these are texture packs, not the complete airplane. Read the description again.

There's no requirement that thumbnails be included with every aircraft for every livery. It's a plus when a developer includes them, but I've downloaded airplanes before that had none at all.
My advice is to learn to make your own. . .it's not difficult.

Thank you again Sir! Great airplane.

Thank you sir!

cgsimpson-"Then where is it on the external view?" Still think it's unnecessary if it's not modeled on the external!

I wish he could remove the modeling for the right engine exhaust from the VC view. You wouldn't see it sticking that high up given it's position in the exterior view. Love this airplane but that has bothered me (and I mentioned it before) since the original was released.
Is this a replacement for the earlier model or different enough that it is a new model?

If you have the ability to swap gauges, the VC panel has two "Oil Temp" gauges. The one at the top of the main panel should be the Altimeter.
I did notice that the airplane wants to run away with you if the Parking Brakes isn't set. Not sure how to correct that though. Also, in the VC, to the right of the nose cowl there is what I assume is the exhaust modeling which you wouldn't be able to see from the VC eye position. If A.F. can remove that from the VC view it would be great.
Despite these things, I found myself enjoying it a lot. Been flying in Nepal and it's a great airplane for mountain flying at high altitudes. Thanks A.F.

As a follow-up. The readme says it can be placed anywhere, then run the program. I remembered a similar type problem many years ago and so placed the folder inside the main FSX folder, ran the program again and it worked. So while it may run unattached under most circumstances, it appears that in this case it would not.

Twice before (when it was first released) I tried downloading and got a blank page and noted that to the developer. This time I was able to download and tried to run the program but I get an error message that it can't create a logfile. Win10_64bit. . .FSX

Looking at the files list, the ADEp4 files are a duplication of the ones labeled ADEX, so using both is why the Sim is crashing. I would make a "Misc" folder and move the ADEp4 files into that folder for later use. If you want to use the scenery in P3D then copy the entire scenery folder to your P3D scenery folder (wherever you keep your addon scenery) delete the ADEX files and replace them with the saved ADEp4 files.

cgsimpson, try the default Beaver, it's a float but it'll put you in a lot of spots you can't go with the wheeled version.

A great airplane. . .thanks again for all your work on this beauty Massimo.

Overall a nice airplane however a few things I found:
Toe_Brake_Scale should be 1.00 (currently at 0)
When the start switch is activated the airplane bounces all over the sky uncontrollably.
Contact points need adjusting
Please consider moving the gauges to the front of the panel rather than viewing them through cutouts, in some cases adjustments are difficult to do because the knobs are hidden behind the panel.

Thanks for doing this. I've done scenery all up along the coast from Cape Cod to Maine and always wanted to do this one but never seemed to have the desire to actually get it done. Nicely done!!

I was a fan of this airplane in FS9 so I thought I would give this one a look in FSX. I was surprised it was released to be honest, there are many open areas where placeholders are creating open spots that you can see right through to the outside (the entire left side of the gauge panel and all the way across the firewall area). If this is how it was released it is not an "FSX" aircraft.

Any chance you might add a pilot?

Something else that I haven't figured out. . .the LE Slats show a color on the images included with the download, however I'm unable to get any color to show in the Sim. Maybe that texture wasn't mapped correctly?

Very happy to see this one surface. Very nice job of melding the Lear VC with the native FSX modeling. If you're able, there are tweaks/additions that are required to smooth the flight model out (several sections missing in the config file). . .also the eyepoint is centered over the center console rather than the left seat.
-
Very nice but nothing in the VC is clickable?

I like this airplane and so I'm trying to work through one glaring problem. . .namely the Autopilot. If I knew how I would make a pop-up with a different AP. The main problem is that it won't hold a set altitude. Airspeed seems to really throw it into a tizzy. . .at or below 180kts it comes real close to working but not quite. Above 180kts. . .forget it, you have to hand fly it and constantly trim to keep it straight and level.
I found nothing wrong with the VC although, as you can see in the image above the shadow effect doesn't match the gauge layout. If you're artistically inclined, that can be fixed by simply loading the panel texture into Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and eliminating the shadow that's there and applying an overall shadow effect to replace it.

blanston12 I made this same observation on the original release and the author said that with the seat in place you couldn't see all the gauges. I adjusted the eyepoint in the aircraft config file and was able to bring it to a spot where the seat should have been. I was able to see all the gauges but the view was exaggerated and hard to adjust to. He released a second version that had part of the seat in place but you were still sitting in the first row behind the normal pilots position. Once again I adjusted the eyepoint and this time the view was much better. I don't see any valid reason for the full pilot seat not being there. Honestly I don't think I've ever seen an airplane released where the pilot seat was missing and the eyepoint was so far back. I found a lot more poorly done on this airplane, enough that I passed on it.
