FSX Luxair Boeing 737-200Adv. Luxair B737-2C9 (Adv), circa 1990. Luxair LX-LGI livery for the Captain Sim 737-200ADV Expansion Pack. Should (sort of) work with the Base Pack as well. Textures only. Repaint by Wim Demeyer.
2. That's defined by the ui_typerole= line in the [fltsim] sections of aircraft.cfg for each aircraft. Some of the developers/repainters (me included) don't care for adding that line. [fltsim.0] title=Airbus A321 Paint2 sim=Airbus_A321 model= panel= sound= texture=2 kb_checklists=AirbusA321_check kb_reference=AirbusA321_ref atc_id=F-MSAB atc_airline=World Travel atc_flight_number= ui_manufacturer="Airbus" ui_type="A321" ui_variation="World Travel Airlines" ui_typerole="Commercial Airliner" ui_createdby="Microsoft Corporation" description="The Airbus A321 is a stretched version of Airbus’ best-selling short- and medium-range A320. The A321 has a slightly increased wing area, stronger landing gear with larger tires, and engines with increased thrust. When the A321 entered service in 1988, it pioneered the use of “glass cockpit” instrumentation, the first digital fly-by-wire control system used in an airliner, and sidestick controllers." Wim
3. It would be nice if you kept yourself to one problem per thread, and not jumping to another one without stating if the previous is solved. Wim
4. There Is one thumbnail per texture folder, per livery. So multiple thumbnails per aircraft folder is possible. Wim
5. One of your thumbnail JPG files is corrupted. On top of your list, the names and pics might still correspond. Try to find the spot where the "shift" starts happening. That's where the corrupted file needs to be searched. Delete or replace it. Wim
6. Already did that before my 1st reply. Panel showed up OK, without mods from my side. Wim
7. Googling "FSX/P3D Boeing 787-9 ZIPAIR package with native B787 cockpit" lead me to SimViation. The package is for both FSX/P3D, but obviously not tested in FSX and therefore buggy. To get the FSX-version working: In the model folder: 1. Rename model.cfg to model_P3D.cfg 2. Rename model FSX.cfg to model.cfg 3. Edit the new model.cfg. Change normal=TDSX789GENX to normal=TDSX788GENX. Save the file. The included exterior model with the download is a 787-8, therefore the title of the package is wrong as well. Wim
8. Run FS Panel Studio “as administrator” ? Wim
9. The repaint is for the OSP ATR 72-500 AI model, available here in the library. Be aware: this is an AI model. Wim
10. Have a look at jk_c-47_pngdf02.zip at AVSIM. It's for the Manfred Jahn C-47/DC-3. Wim

12. Just a reminder: S41° 29' 54.63" is not the same as S41.295463°, and also different from S41° 29.5463'. Wim
13. The coordinates as you've written them are correct. Must be a mistake in how you entered them in your GPS/FMC. Wim
14. I don't have the product, but googling a bit suggests that Level-D 767 has a function called "Save/load panel (or panel state)" or similar. It should save the FMC contents as well. So beside saving/loading the flight with FSX, you should also save/load the panel state. Wim

16. Starting on a runway is for gamers. Simmers start at a gate or a parking. Wim
17. Hard to imagine how he came to that conclusion. That guy’s a genius! Wim
18. Then why bother us with it? If you payed for it, ask the developer. If you didn't, shame on you. Wim
19. ... and your system's graphics capability. Wim
20. Make sure you use the latest update for the Thomas Ruth A330-300. There are two versions here in the library, use toma333b-1.zip. The nav lights seem to be fixed, and it works with GSX. @mrzippy: IMO the steam article is actually about the A340, as it mentions an additional main gear contact point on the centerline. None of the A330 variants have that extra gear assembly. Wim
21. It's a lot easier: the bridges are bundled into separate BGLs, which just need to be deactivated (change their name from .BGL to .OFF or similar) to remove them. Thing is, OrbX has provided a tool for doing this. I have tried it and it works. As proof, I could now also show a pic on which no bridges are visible. But that would just be silly, wouldn't it? As the OP states, this didn't work for him. For me, that's a sign his folders/files aren't anymore as OrbX installed and expects them. Which means he manually applied changes, of which he's telling us nada. The unusual black surfaces on the bridges were a first sign, the fact the Config Tool doesn't work proves it even more. Case closed for me. Wim
22. I suppose this mission involves a total engine loss situation? My theory: when climbing first, you're trading kinetic energy (speed) for potential energy (altitude). But the exchange isn't 100% due to aerodynamic drag. So the result is a shorter flight time and a lesser distance covered. Wim
