  1. Hi Dylan

Will try and have a look tomorrow.

  2. There you go, it's not all doom and gloom.

Now go and get on with that FlyLAL project. :)

  3. How many have you got to paint???
  4. Joel as you get older you learn a lot more. Try not to be so angry young man. Just chill and go with the flow.

We've got the painters forum now thanks to your efforts.

You're going to be busy over the coming months, you can't do everything you know.

  5. I know you're enthuisatic Joel and that's good. Just one thing going against you I'm afraid, age. :(

  6. Well done on the Fly LAL contract Joel.

As for the moderating, I'm sure your day will come.

  7. Just seen it. Darrell asked me last night. But I didn't know until you sent me the last message.

  10. Sorry it's taken so long to reply, I've been sort of busy and I don't always notice these posts.

Do I use WOAI, yes I do.

The A319 is by Project Airbus, just do a search in the file section and you should come up with something, or look here. http://www.pairbus.com/files/index.php?dir=models/

I live in Hertford which is about twenty miles north of London.

    Regards

    Simon :)

  11. No problem Alistair. :):)
  12. Hi Darren, sorry it took so long to answer, been a bit busy.

What's new, nothing really apart from a fresh install of FS9 with an updated filing system.

Life is sweet at the moment, a bit short on cash ,but aren't we all.

Thanks for asking buddy, hope you are well.

  13. No problem Rory, always glad to help if I can. :):)
  14. Hi Rory, good to hear you're enjoying yourself with FS9. Hope the upgraded rig works out OK. :)

I'm just going through the re install process at the moment, do it every year without fail. The rig starts to get a bit tired and cluttered with stuff, so I start afresh. A lot of work I know, but it gives me a clean install of FS9 and FSX. Might even put FS2002 on this time as I've never really explored that sim. It was given to me by a friend of mine.

Look forward to some screenies of your new paints. :)

I hope you and yours are all well. :)

    Regards

    Simon. :)

  15. Rory, sorry to hear about your PC. Good luck with the FS9. Looking forward to some screenshots.
  16. Even though I fly mainly modern jets, I love the elegance of the older machines.

Just love Jan's posts, always comes up with something special. :)

  17. Saw one a Duxford a couple of years ago and don't mind admitting I had a tear in my eye when I heard the sound of that engine.

An awesome piece of engineering, pity we haven't got industry like it nowadays. :(

  18. Only thing I can suggest is to upload the invite to Photobucket and then send them the invite in a private message.
  19. No problem Rory, like I said any problems don't hesitate to ask. If I don't know the answer, I'm sure there will be somebody who does. :):)
  20. Rory, it should be easy to remember your birthday, it's 3 days before mine, 5th October.

As for downloading files from Flightsim.com, if I remember rightly you have to register. I used the same username and password that I use for the forum.

Have a look at this thread.

I hope this helps, anymore questions please don't hesitate to ask. There is no such thing as a silly question.

  21. 45 in October. What date?

My wife thinks I'm totally barmy, my workmates think I'm barmy, but I don't give one hoot. While I'm doing this I'm not getting into trouble. I've made friends with some wonderful like minded people, of whom one day I hope to meet.

Painting, I enjoy painting, mostly for myself, but I have painted a couple for Florian (Cycoflo). If you want to upload them, upload them. This is what this site is all about, sharing.

BTW, have you got a first name?? Mine is Simon. :):)

  22. Started on the railway when I was Sixteen, I'll be Forty Six next birthday. I think that says it all.
  23. No problem. Glad to have another A380 lover onboard. Hope you're enjoying your stay. :):)

  24. That's odd, I thought I voted for the 600/700/800/900.

I must be losing my marbles now I' m over forty.
