  1. Hello Wim,

    First, thank you for looking.

    The double underscore is misleading. Sorry. That is a typo when I was typing the error message in ACA17.

    There isn't a fault in the [fltsim.11] numbering.

    Oddly, the aircraft is not showing as faulty in AIFP3 so I suppose it could be, and probably is, a fault with ACA17.

    I will check whether the a/c actually shows up.

    Thank you, once again.

    Allan

  2. This program is really useful - mostly. However, I'm having an issue I can't resolve. I ask it to "find errors" and there are 100's. But this is one example:

    WoA_DJC__A319_CFM_IBE-Iberia_KBJ Aircraft in Flightplan not resent in FS (FSX) Traffic_000_WoA_Iberia_Su08.bgl

    I've tried and tried different things to get rid of this, with no success.

    These are the important details of the aircraft:

    CFG File:

    [fltsim.11]

    title=WoA_DJC_A319_CFM_IBE-Iberia_KBJ

    sim=DJC_A32X

    model=cfm

    sound=

    texture=IBE-Iberia_KBJ

    atc_id=EC-KBJ

    atc_airline=Iberia

    atc_flight_number=0450

    atc_heavy=0

    ui_manufacturer=Airbus

    ui_type=A319-111

    ui_variation=Iberia "LINCE IBERICO"

    description=aia 737-300 v2

    atc_parking_codes=IBE

    atc_parking_types=GATE

    soundai=

    ui_typerole=Verkehrsflugzeug

    ui_createdby=AI Aardvark,DJC

    Title in bgl file:

    AC#1001,485,"WoA_DJC_A319_CFM_IBE-Iberia_KBJ"

    Texture:

    texture.IBE-Iberia_KBJ

    Part of Flightplan:

    AC#1001,EC-KBJ,1%,Week,IFR,6/04:55:00,6/05:47:00,200,F,0432,LEBB,6/06:35:00,6/07:32:00,210,F,0435,LEMD,6/08:29:00,6/10:04:00,370,F,3704,GMMN,6/10:53:00,6/12:27:00,340,F,3703,LEMD,6/13:53:00,6/16:44:00,380,F,3548,EDDT,6/17:34:00,6/20:34:00,370,F,3547,LEMD,0/05:44:00,0/06:54:00,280,F,0746,LEBL,0/07:44:00,0/08:52:00,290,F,0945,LEMD

    Can anyone see what the problem might be?

    Many thanks.

    Allan

  3. Checked. Mine was SP1A. Now installed SP2, so I have:

    Microsoft Flight Simulator X SP2 SDK

    Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Acceleration

    Checked the dll.xml file. That hadn't changed. But still no TOOLS in FSX.

  4. Hi CRJ.

    I didn't think it mattered so long as the path is the same. However, I've edited it and added the X. I also edited the dll.xml file to reflect this. But still no joy. Not getting TOOLS in the strip menu.

    Allan

  5. Hello again.

    Right, I've followed the instructions to the letter (or so I believe).

    My Paths to the FSX Folders are:

    C:\Microsoft Flight Simulator X

    C:\Microsoft Flight Simulator SDK

    Launch

    dll.xml

    False

    False

    Object Placement Tool

    False

    False

    C:\Microsoft Flight Simulator SDK\SDK\Mission Creation Kit\object_placement.dll

    Traffic Toolbox

    False

    False

    C:\Microsoft Flight Simulator SDK\SDK\Environment Kit\Traffic Toolbox SDK\traffictoolbox.dll

    Visual Effects Tool

    False

    False

    C:\Microsoft Flight Simulator SDK\SDK\Environment Kit\Special Effects SDK\visualfxtool.dll

    FSUIPC 4

    False

    Modules\FSUIPC4.dll

    Saved the dll.xml file but still don't see TOOLS in the dropdown menu in FSX.

    Any ideas?

  6. Hello again.

    I've got to ...........roaming\microsoft\FSX and opened the dll.xml file. I have the same as you displayed abover except I have "True" as you suggest. But I cannot change anything in this file. Is there a procedure, I'm missing, for editing an XML file?

    Allan

  7. Hi.

    Can anyone help me with this issue? I've installed both FSX and SDK on my C Drive. In SDK I can find the Traffic Toolbox SDK but it doesn't contain Traffic Settings, Traffic Explorer, etc. Why would that be?

    Thank you,

    Allan

  8. I need some help with this program and have emailed AI Flight Support twice without a reply. So can anyone tell me where the program gets it's information from for:

    1. Airport Timetables

    2. The aircraft information that's displayed above the aircraft when it's active?

    Or, can you tell me if there's an alternative contact email?

    Many thanks

    Allan

  9. Hi.

    I've been using ACA 2017, primarily to check timetables. However, it seems we can't print the timetables. Does anyone now how it can be done, or are there other programs that will create timetables which can be printed?

    It appears the website cannot now be emailed.

    Thank you.

    Allan

  10. Hi all,

    I've had this problem on a few occasions but never found a solution. Just installed some Aircraft but when I checked, ACA_2017 flagged up some texture errors. In addition, the aircraft concerned show up in black only.

    On checking I find that the texture folders in each case contain only one file.

    In this case they're AI Aardvark aircraft. I can't remember if this has always been the case when I've had problems in the past.

    What to do? Any ideas?

    Many thanks.

    Allan
