depends what you find reasonable.

it wont run 4k well, but normal hd at medium /high at 30 fps is doable.

dont expect wonders with it, gpu is lowish.

these programs take time to make.

but here is already some freeware sceneries, so it can be done yes, but not for the fainthearted,

almost no docs for the sdk.

at some point sure there will come easier scenery placing programs.

in the meantime i fly happily around.

will upgrading from 16GB to 32GB RAM and from 1600mhz to 2400 mhz help much against game freezing for 5 secds every few mins ????

a lot depends on your settings how much is downloaded, i run on medium , lods at 100 and i never

ecxceed 10g sofar, this at kjfk.

if you run on high you will need more.

use developer mode, show fps to see how much ram is uses.

i find this one more user friendly than fsx. no need to combine.

the only thing fsx did better was the awesome amount of documentation provided.

ofcourse it will come ,

the new to come xbxox series x in november has a card equivalent to a 2080, so it will run the sim fine.

a lil google now and then, may help.

more airporst are missing, seems to have to do with military installations on them.

Yep, the big trees are everywhere and need to be fixed! Well on the topic of Vegas, I am sure looking forward to FlyTampa's KLAS in the future!

there is a fix for the big trees, but it needs manual config editing.

not everyone feels comfy with that.

Any reason why control towers are wrong? Jetways run through aircraft? Taxiway lights in the middle of taxiways? Smaller airports sunk into the ground? Bad install? Thanks for any tips

have not seen that yet, pls give the icao codes of those airports.

i find the scenery quite outstanding, smaller airports also welldone.

muc much improved ofer fxs overall, ofcourse there are anomalies, liek the sunken ships in harbours, haha

that laptop wont run it well.

i run it well on a below minumum spec machine.

a lot of ppl seem not very pc savvy, i doi agree the installation procedure could sure have been

made easier.

most ppl ave no isues at all installing.

it went fluid here ms store, 5 hour download.

its logical you see the ppl with issues on the forumes trying to find solutions, but its oten an issue

at their side, like not updated stuff, etc etc

you should not believe all the forum talk..most ppl have no issues.

the op has 1000mbps, me only 50, and i had no issues......

try it out via the gamepass. to see it if works only 1 dollar....great for testing it out.

i think you have unrealistic expectations.

the tubeliners will get some upgrades, but are never ever going to be extremely detailed.

i have 6.5Mb connection, and it runs well, i see no loading issues at all, i do play on low.mid settings tho but with live weather and live traffic .

you have a 1080 ti, so you should be able to play on high settings. i think it depends a lot of the settings how much is downloaded.

why not try it out via de gamepass, only 1 dollar for one month, then you can see how it goes now,

i am doing that now and am very pleasantly surprised how it runs..so i sure going to buy it.

that laptop is going to run very hot, make sure is has adequate cooling.

for less money you can get a stronger desktop.

seems all working as normal here.

you can start cold and dark at parking spots yes.

you need to select airport first, then in the dropdown box, select where you want to start.

game is very easy to get into.

ga aircraft handle very well, no more flying on rails.

seems quite afew pppl cant handle more realistic.

sure there are issues, but i see only minor ones.
