gryzli
Hi, Is it a way to print an entire thread containing multiple pages in linear mode ? Thx in advance, Bernard.
mrzippy
In linear mode? Does that mean starting at post #1 at the top going downward to the last post? If so, it would depend on your setup of reading the threads. I have mine set to read the last post first. This way I don't have to go through all of the pages of a real long thread to see what the last post has to say. Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer! gryzli
Hi, Yes, it is from the first to the last. I want to print the entire thread in a .pdf file to consult it offline. Kr, Bernard.
mrzippy
Well, if you have your thread viewing setup for 1st post to last I would highlight and copy all of the posts and paste them to a Word Document and the if you have a program for conversion to PDF format convert the Word Doc to PDF. napamule2
That's EASY. All you do is do a 'print screen' of a few posts at a time and 'Save As' 'Thread Subject_Date_page1.jpg', etc, until you have all the posts (pages). You can then print if you want. No need to make a PDF. Less hassle. Get IrFanview program (free) to crop then save as jpg (smaller file size, yet you can read the text ok). See my sample (pic 1). Or if you don't want the avatars, sigs, or graphics, then click on 'Reply to Thread', then 'Go Advanced', scroll down a bit to see text, then also do 'Print Screen' and paste into IrFanview, and you will have what you see in my other sample (pic 2). Save and then print.
