Accidently set orbx backup to fsx main folder

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I was installing FTX Global and I accidentally set it to back up FSX textures in my main folder, but that was a big mistake. Now my main folder is all cluttered! HOW do I clean it up!?

My best guess is to sort your FSX directory by date last modified in your Explorer window and select all the image files (the backups consist completely of image files that normally would have been in your \Scenery\World\Texture folder) to move someplace else. I personally make a folder called "Backup" in the FSX root directory then inside that folder, create another one called "Orbx" and direct all the Orbx Global backups here.
