FSX hard drive options

Putting together an FSX system - Z97 MB with a core i3 processor, 64 bit Win 7, 8G Ram ...

I have a 120G SSD and a 160G spinner HD. I have read that it can beneficial to put the OS and FSX on separate drives. Apparently this helps access times. I don't really care how long it takes the system to boot, so saving a minute or so there isn't a big deal. I'd rather see the better performance in FSX. So would I be better off to use the 160G as the system drive and the 120 SSD for FSX or vice versa?
