Honus Posted December 9, 2023 Share Posted December 9, 2023 (edited) Just took my first flight today on FSX Steam using the Open Sky A330-200. Nice graphic but on descent it doesn't slow down. I'm descending at 1500 fpm and decreased throttle to 210 IAS. I know parasite drag has a lot to do with it and that's at 1.0 scalar. Is this realistic? I shouldn't have to use speed brakes when my descent starts at about 130 mi out. Is my rate of descent too steep or should I monkey with the parasite drag?
