With the peak of the Atlantic hurricane season approaching in mid-September a NOAA WP-3D taxis and takes off from Grantley Adams International Airport (TBPB) in Barbados to check out a tropical disturbance in the Central Caribbean.

Very nicely done Bill. Love all the data gathering ability, from radar to wing mounted sensors.

They are in for a heck of a ride.

Always Aviate, then Navigate, then Communicate. And never be low on Fuel, Altitude, Airspeed, or Ideas.
