Help! Custom ground textures disappear

Hi!

A few days ago I finished my own scenery for MSFS. But sadly it has some problems with my custom ground textures.

It should look like this:

But sometimes my textures just disappear:

I don't have a clue why those textures sometimes work and sometimes not. 

Does anybody have a solution?

I ran into this with an otherwise nice airport I had downloaded, building textures would flash on and off apparently randomly.  As it was described to me (and I'm no scenery designer)  one texture laid over another is seen by the game as two textures occupying the same spot, which gets displayed is determined by some internal criteria based on lod and view angle.  You need to "elevate" the texture you want seen so the games "sees" it as we do.

You can give all your ground textures a priority which determines in what order they lay on each other. I already did that. Those on top have the highest priority. But it still doesn't work 😞
