There's no such error message.

Please have the courtesy of posting the correct message. This is a forum, not a quiz.

The closest I can think of is "Visual model cannot be displayed", in which case there's an error in the model= line of the [fltsim.xx] section you've added.

Or you've added a texture to a model which it was not made for.

I think you nailed it,  Wim!  Probably the FS2004 texture I found earlier.  Definitely not compatible!

Now how the [fltsim.XX] of that aircraft like Wim stated in his post!  AND answer my other question...is this a REPAINT that you downloaded or a full AIRCRAFT?

I found the repaint here on FlightSim, so I suspect he added the repaint and either did not have the complete aircraft or did not number it properly [fltsim.XX].

Always Aviate, then Navigate, then Communicate. And never be low on Fuel, Altitude, Airspeed, or Ideas.

And it's for an FS2004 aircraft while he is using FSX, so the model is not being recognized!

That link leads to a COMPLETE aircraft, and it works in FSX.

One only needs to change the panel and sound aliases to B737_800.

However, if you fail to change the aliases, the aircraft never shows in the list; it's unselectable.

No way one could get the error message the OP posted.

So this is NOT the download the OP is struggling with... @OP: really need more info.

We all have done something similar, and accuracy is paramount.

However, I must echo Zippy from an earlier forum post, maybe consider not using such a dynamic action gif.

It is very distracting to this reader.
