Aircraft Downloads

Can anyone help with aircraft addons. I downloaded the Dash8 Q400 and I downloaded the Porter and Air Canada liveries and put everything into the community folder but they will not merge in with the Dash8 liveries.

Newbe Here.  Same problem with UH60; Heliports, and aircraft carriers for Top Gun.  Folders in the community folder, but nothing.  Please help.

Only thing I can think of is that the liveries you've downloaded aren't compatible with the aircraft models.

 

Just a last thought - have you unzipped the files BEFORE putting them in your C/F?

Hi,

I never experienced something similar, so I am just guessing:

• Have you checked whether there are corresponding entries in your MSFS content manager?
• Have you verified the correct location of your community directory?
• Have you successfully installed add-ons before; is this the first time something fails to show up?

Can SFX models be added to MFS2020? And if they can, how do you accomplish the transfer? I have several aircraft from SFX that I would like to have in 2020.

Since there is no such thing as "SFX" can I assume you meant FSX?

 

If so, then generally, no, FSX aircraft cannot be used with MSFS 2020.
